Pulda Farm
Property Rezoned to Planned Adult Community

The Township Council voted 4-2 to approve Ordinance 04-19 changing the approved use for the Pulda Farm to a PAC (Planned Adult Community). The Township Council and Planning Board would like to express their appreciation for the many residents on both sides of this issue who came to meetings, made telephone calls and sent e-mail to express their concerns and opinions over the last two years. Government works best when people are involved and have input to the decision-making process.

The Board did engage an independent Traffic Consultant who reported that the traffic generated by the Proposed PAC would be slightly less than if the site were built out as single family residences. Traffic Study Report (481kb)
